Simon joined Digital Vision upon the company’s acquisition of Nucoda in early 2005. He founded Nucoda in 2000 along with software architect Domenic Jackson. The team performed R&D, product design, support and marketing work on Sony's Socrato project before embarking on the development of the Nucoda system. Prior to founding Nucoda in 2000, Simon was a Senior Software Engineer and Product Manager for Avid Technology and Parallax Graphics System.
